Cancellation Policy

HG PRO SECURITY leases the video surveillance system and does not offer alarm or monitoring services. The customer is responsible for monitoring the system installed in their home or business, and must maintain all equipment installed by HG PRO SECURITY in good working condition. The HG PRO SECURITY company is not responsible for lost or stolen items, for loss of power at the time of intrusion into the customer home/business, line outage or broadband failures that affect the total operation of the system and/or for Damage caused by the client's personnel, please note that HG PRO SECURITY, after carrying out the Installation, leaves the monitoring of their property under the client's responsibility. ALL VIDEO SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES ARE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF HG PRO SECURITY. Installation is free ONLY if the customer is up to date with their monthly payments for a period of 36 months. If the customer cancels before 36 months, they will have to pay the cancellation fee of $20 for each month if the customer cancel before 36 months of this contract. If the customer does not return the video surveillance installed in his property or business, he will have to pay for each item installed by HG PRO SECURITY such as: XVR, DVR, NVR, IP CAMERA, COAX CAMERA, HARD DRIVE, POWER SUPPLY, OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORY INSTALLED BY HG PRO SECURITY.
